Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be denied. However, your order can be returned for a full refund once it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.
- Orders are processed between Monday and Friday.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
- Orders will be shipped the next day after processing.
Note: We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After that, it will take 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AUD. You may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related details. We will work to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
- For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take additional time before the refund is posted to your account.
